Founded in 2006, SC SIGMA SRL is a foreign owned company. The primary objective of the company was the investment in and development of land. However during the process of market research the directors realized that there existed a demand for an improved service in the property negotiation market. We therefore decided to set up SIGMA Real Estate.
In order to provide a professional service and achieve satellite offices throughout Romania and Eastern Europe we have recognised the fact that we must embark on an aggressive but well organised expansion programme. In order to achieve this objective, SIGMA has employed and continues to employ Romanian nationals with the management and language skills necessary in order to ensure successful and sustained growth. SIGMA can currently offer professional Real Estate investment advice and present good investment opportunities. With an already impressive and constantly growing database, the SIGMA sales team are confident that they will be able to satisfy any investors requirements.
Whilst a substantial number of medium and large sized urban developments are on drawing board, we are currently focussed on a development situated in the most picturesque and exclusive location in the Sibiu greater area.
